Why am I not receiving the password reset email?Updated a month ago

If you’re not receiving a password reset email, it may be because you haven’t created an account on our upgraded website yet.

When we updated our system, all subscribers now need to set up a new account. Don’t worry, this won’t affect your current subscription at all. You’ll still keep your active plan, orders, and perks!

Here’s how to create your account:

  1. Go to this link: https://Supergut.com/account/register

  2. Fill out your first name, last name, email, and a new password.

  3. Click Create Account.

  4. You’ll get an email with the subject line “Customer account activation.” Open it and follow the prompts to log in.

Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to check out faster, customize your subscription details, see your order history, track your shipments, and access exclusive perks!
