How to skip an upcoming shipmentUpdated 2 months ago

You may skip an upcoming shipment at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you're in, follow these steps to skip an upcoming shipment:

1. In your "Subscriptions", find the subscription for the upcoming order you want to skip, then click the "Skip" button.
   
   
   
2. Next, a pop-up will appear showing the skip options available to you. The length of your skip depends on your shipping frequency. For example:
   
   

   • Every 2 weeks → skip 1 or 2 weeks
   • Every 4 weeks → skip 2 or 4 weeks
   • Every 6 weeks → skip 3 or 6 weeks

3. Select the option that works best for you, confirm, and your next order will be delayed by the time you chose.

When you skip, your renewal automatically moves to the Next Order Date. If you want to change the date or check your subscription details first, just select the subscription and update the Next Order Date.
