How to skip an upcoming shipmentUpdated 2 months ago

You may skip an upcoming shipment at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you're in, follow these steps to skip an upcoming shipment:

1. Go to "Subscriptions".
2. Find the upcoming order you want to skip.
3. Click "Skip Order".
4. A pop-up will appear showing your product and the new Next Order Date.
5. Click "Skip Order" again to confirm. Your updated ship date will then appear in the green bubble.

When you skip, your subscription will automatically move to the next available date based on your delivery frequency. If you change your mind, you can always click the green Next Order date to pick a new one instead.
