How to reactivate my subscription?Updated 2 months ago

You can easily reactivate your subscription at any time by logging in to your account. Navigate to and click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you're in your Account section, follow these steps to reactivate your past subscription:

  1. Go to your Subscriptions page.

  2. Scroll down to the "Inactive Subscriptions" section.

  3. Click "Reactivate" next to the subscription you want to restart.

  4. A pop-up will appear where you can:

    1. Review your product details (quantity, flavor).

    2. Adjust how often you’d like it delivered (shipping frequency).

    3. Choose the exact date you’d like your next shipment to start.

  5. Once you’ve updated the details, click "Subscribe" to confirm.

Pro tip: You’re in full control! You can always log back in later to adjust your frequency or shipment date again.
