How to pause your Supergut subscriptionUpdated 10 days ago

You may pause your subscription at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Navigate to and click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you're in, follow these steps to pause your Supergut Subscription:

1. Click on "Subscriptions"
2. Find the subscription you want to pause.
3. Click "Manage Subscription."
   
4. Click "Pause or Cancel"
5. Select the amount of time you would like to pause your subscription. We offer 1, 2, or 3 months' options.
6. Click on "Save."

Once you click on "Save," the screen will refresh, and your new ship date will reflect the amount of time you selected to pause your Supergut subscription under "Next Shipment."
