How to pause your Supergut subscriptionUpdated 2 months ago

You may pause your subscription at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Navigate to and click the "Sign in" icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. Once you're in, follow these steps to pause your Supergut Subscription:

1. Click on “Subscriptions.”
2. Find the subscription you’d like to pause and click "More Options" on the right-hand side.
3. Select "Pause Subscription."
4. In the pop-up, pick when you’d like your shipments to resume. You’ll see three options based on your shipping frequency, each showing the exact date:
   1. If your subscription ships every 2 weeks: 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks
   2. If your subscription ships every 4 weeks: 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks
   3. If your subscription ships every 6 weeks: 6 weeks, 12 weeks, or 18 weeks
5. Click "Pause" to lock it in.

Once confirmed, the screen will refresh, and your new ship date will update based on the pause length you selected.
