How do I update my billing information?Updated 2 months ago

Need to update your card, add a new one, or clean up old payment methods? You can do everything directly from your account in just a few clicks. No extra steps required.

Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Supergut account by clicking the Sign In icon in the upper right corner of the screen. After logging in, you’ll be taken to your Subscriptions.

2. Select "View Details" for the subscription you want to update. Then, locate the Billing section by scrolling down.

3. Click Edit in the Billing section.

4. A new dialog box will pop up. From here, you can:

  • Add a new payment method
  • Edit an existing payment method
  • Set a different card as your primary payment method
  • Delete an extra or unused payment method

5. If you add a new card and want it to be used for future orders, make sure to set it as your primary payment method before saving.

6. Once saved, your changes will apply immediately.

Important to note: If you have multiple active subscriptions, you’ll need to set the desired card as the primary payment method for each subscription individually. Changes do not automatically carry over across subscriptions.
