How do I update my billing information?Updated a month ago

From time to time, you may need to update your payment method. No worries, it’s a quick and secure process, and we’ll walk you through it!

You can update your billing info anytime by logging into your Supergut account:

  1. Click the "Sign In" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and log in.

  2. Head to the "Subscriptions" tab and find the Billing section of your subscription.

  3. Click the Edit icon on your card, then select "Send Email". We’ll send you a secure link to update your payment details.

  4. Next, check your inbox (and spam or promotions folder, just in case) for an email from us with the subject line: "Update your payment method for Supergut."

  5. Open the email, click the green "View Payment Information" button, then enter your updated details and click Update Card.

Heads up: Updating your card will replace your current payment method and apply to all active subscriptions linked to your account.
