How do I update my billing information?Updated a month ago
From time to time, you may need to update your payment method. No worries, it’s a quick and secure process, and we’ll walk you through it!
You can update your billing info anytime by logging into your Supergut account:
- Click the "Sign In" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and log in. 
- Head to the "Subscriptions" tab and find the Billing section of your subscription. 
- Click the Edit icon on your card, then select "Send Email". We’ll send you a secure link to update your payment details. 
- Next, check your inbox (and spam or promotions folder, just in case) for an email from us with the subject line: "Update your payment method for Supergut." 
- Open the email, click the green "View Payment Information" button, then enter your updated details and click Update Card. 
✨ Heads up: Updating your card will replace your current payment method and apply to all active subscriptions linked to your account.
