From time to time, you might need to update your payment method. No worries, it’s a quick and secure process, and we’ll walk you through it. You can update your billing info anytime by logging into your Supergut account.

- Click the Sign In icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and log in to your account.
- Once you're in, head to the Account tab.
- Scroll down to the "Payments" section and click it.
- Select "Update" to bring up the “Update Billing Info” screen.
- Click "Send Payment Update Email," and we’ll send you a secure link to update your payment info.
Next, check your inbox. Look for an email from us with the subject line: "Update your payment method for Supergut." Open it, click the green “View Payment Information” button, enter your new card details, and click "Update" to save. That’s it—your new payment method is now saved and will be used for future orders.

- If you didn’t receive the email, try checking your spam or promotions folder. It might’ve taken a detour.
- If the "Send Payment Update Email" button isn’t responding, or you don’t receive the email after clicking it, please let us know. We’ll take it from there.
