If you placed a subscription order, check for the post-purchase link that leads you to a short questionnaire on the TrueMed site. Completing that questionnaire lets TrueMed determine if you qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. If you missed the link, use this one instead: https://app.truemed.com/qualify/tm_qual_9bour0vcpt
If you made a one-time purchase, choose the “TrueMed – Pay with HSA/FSA” option at checkout. After you click “Pay now,” you’ll be taken to TrueMed. There, you’ll complete a short health assessment. A licensed provider reviews your answers and confirms HSA/FSA eligibility, typically on the same day.
Note: If you don’t qualify, no problem: you can still check out using a regular credit or debit card. Just note that in that case, your purchase won’t count for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
