How do I cancel my Supergut Subscription?Updated a month ago

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Navigate to and click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you’re in, follow these steps to cancel your Supergut subscription:

1. Find the subscription you’d like to cancel and click "View details →" 
2. Select "More" on the right-hand side.
   
   

3. You’ll then see options to:

   • Apply discount code

   • Edit frequency - Edit frequency and set next order date

   • Next order date – Set your next order date
     

   • Or continue with "Cancel" at the bottom.

4. A short questionnaire will appear asking why you’re canceling (optional).
5. Finally, click "Continue" and "Cancel Now" to complete the process.
