No, HSA/FSA cards cannot be used directly on our site.

If you’re buying a subscription, customers are required to use their normal payment method during checkout. Reimbursement will be facilitated through the submission of relevant documents to your HSA/FSA provider.

For one-time orders, you can use your HSA/FSA card by selecting the “TrueMed–Pay with HSA/FSA” option at checkout. You’ll be guided to complete a private health survey so a licensed provider can confirm your eligibility. If you’re approved, you can finish payment using your HSA/FSA card or choose another payment method.

Important: Don’t add your HSA/FSA card as a standard payment method during checkout—it won’t process correctly unless you go through the Truemed flow.
