Yes! Customers can use HSA/FSA funds for both subscriptions and one-time purchases. Reimbursements are typically processed within 2–4 weeks after submitting the required documents.
For subscription orders, follow the provided link after checkout to become eligible and complete the necessary steps for reimbursement through TrueMed.
For one-time orders, when completing your purchase, and you choose to pay normally with your credit/debit card, you can submit for reimbursement after. To get reimbursed, submit the “Letter of Medical Necessity”, along with your Supergut receipt and any other necessary documents, to your HSA/FSA provider.
