Is the installment option available for all Supergut orders?

Installments are available for one-time Supergut purchases of $35 or more. At this time, subscriptions are not eligible for installment payments.

How do I make payments?

Payments are made through the Affirm app or website using a debit card, bank transfer, or linked bank account—whatever works best for you.

Can I have multiple Affirm loans at the same time?

Yes! Customers can have multiple Affirm loans with the same or different merchants at the same time. Each loan is evaluated separately for eligibility and approval. This means you might be approved for some loans but not others, or you might already have a loan but not be approved for an additional one.

Why was I asked to make a down payment with Affirm?

Every customer’s financing situation is unique. In some cases, Affirm may not cover the full cost of your order. If that happens:

• You’ll be asked for a small down payment using your debit card.
• The down payment is processed right after you confirm your loan.
• The remaining balance is split into easy monthly payments.

What if I’m not approved for Affirm?

If Affirm cannot approve your loan:

• You’ll be notified immediately at checkout.
• You’ll also receive a follow-up email from Affirm.
• No worries—you can still complete your Supergut order using other payment methods.
