If you’d like to request a refund or return, you can easily start the process by reaching out to our Customer Experience Team. You can contact us through:

  • Our Contact Us page.
    • To help us assist you faster, please include:
    • The name and email used for the purchase
    • Select Refunds or Discounts as the subject
    • Your order number and a brief note on why you’re requesting a refund or return
    • If helpful, feel free to include photos so we can better review your request (optional)
  • Live Chat on our website.
    • Click the "Return Policy" tab
    • Select "Get a full refund for your first order!"

Once your request is submitted, our team will take it from there. We may ask a few follow-up questions if needed, and once reviewed, we’ll update you with the next steps and resolution

You don’t need to take any additional action while we review your request. We’re here to make this process as smooth as possible, and our team will make sure you’re taken care of every step of the way.
