How do I prepare the Shake?Updated a month ago

To enjoy your Supergut Shake, simply mix 2 scoops of powder with 8–12 oz of cold water or your favorite milk. For a thicker, creamier texture, blend it with a handful of ice.

Many of our Superfans also experiment by adding things like fruits, cocoa or peanut butter powder, Greek yogurt, or healthy fats like avocado. Some even try a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, cayenne, or a squeeze of lemon juice to mix things up!
